We have been car shopping for a while and worked with many dealers. When we say we had an awesome experience, we really mean it. Dre was our salesperson and he is super trustworthy. Esteban was helpful too. We are so grateful for our new truck!

Sam Sharma was great and very educated in the truck I was buying. He makes it easy and no pressure like typically expected from other dealers.

I really appreciate all of the help I have been given at this business. I have had good experience buying new tires, having my back sliding door fixed and many other repairs. The waiting area is comfortable and there’s always coffee and ice water available. The customer service is great and they take the time to update you on the progress. The work is finished within the time frame you were told. The location is great with a couple restaurants easily within walking distance.

First time purchasing a vehicle out of state. Called and Mr. Sam picked up the other line, which honestly help me out whole bunch with sending me pictures. Even FaceTime me to look at the Vehicle, and we settled down on a deal that I could not be more than happy with if y’all purchasing a vehicle, please talk with Sam. Very genuine and super helpful.

My Escape was serviced today at the dealership. Love the valet service and the bill was very affordable. The added bonus is supporting a local business.

And Lucy is just the absolute best in service taking care of me quickly, offering a wealth of information, and communicating clearly about schedule and process every step of the way. Lucy (Service Dept) didn't know this at the time, but how she handled a situation this week was the determining factor as to whether I'd be on the hunt for a new service department or not; her actions preserved a local customer this week.  A few months back a relatively small mistake while in for service led to an issue that just recently surfaced. Lucy took accountability for the department's mistake (without me even pushing for it) and resolved the issue, something that Burt Brothers repeated failed to due for me and ultimately led to my finding a new local service shop, which will continue to be PC Karl Malone Ford.  Thank you to Lucy for her excellent service.

Great communication by the team throughout the process
